Ensure that all parcels comply with applicable laws and do not contain prohibited items.
KTL Courier reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service if any information provided is false, misleading, or violates our policies.
You may not send parcels containing:
Illegal or hazardous materials
Firearms, explosives, or ammunition
Counterfeit goods
Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (unless pre-approved)
Cash or precious metals
Items prohibited by Kenyan law or international courier regulations
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
Same-day and next-day delivery options are subject to service availability and booking cutoff times.
All deliveries must be properly packaged and labeled by the sender.
The recipient must be available at the delivery address or designate a representative to receive the parcel.
All pricing is displayed transparently on our platforms or provided upon request.
Payment must be made via accepted methods (mobile money, card, or cash on delivery, where applicable).
We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time, with notice on our platforms.
Orders may be canceled before the parcel is picked up.
No refunds are issued once a delivery is completed, unless due to service failure on our part.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery issue, along with relevant proof.
KTL Courier is not liable for:
Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, road closures)
Loss or damage due to improper packaging or labeling by the sender
Parcels lost or damaged due to third-party handling beyond our network
For claims:
You must report loss or damage within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
Compensation is limited to the declared value of the item or a maximum liability cap, whichever is lower.
We may request photos, receipts, or evidence to support your claim.
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of KTL Courier and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services without notice for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our operations, other users, or third parties.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
